Morgan Rubes

Morgan is a Project Manager with over a decade of experience leading projects of varied scopes across many different sectors. 

He has worked for developers, government agencies and consultancies. He has experience with residential (single family homes, multi-family subdivisions, mid-rise and high-rise), commercial (office, retail and restaurant), industrial (subdivision, distribution centres, and maintenance/storage facilities), renewable energy (wind and solar), institutional (schools, assisted living, long-term care, and supportive housing), transportation (road infrastructure and light rail transit), as well as specialty projects including gas stations and business consulting/optimization.

Morgan has managed projects with values from $10k to $100M. He is active with several First Nations communities helping them to effectively define scope, mitigate risks, tender project teams, execute on schedule, and other tangible benefits. Morgan has completed projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.

Morgan graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Environment and Business. He has furthered his project management skills with course work in scheduling, contract/construction law, and construction safety. He is the Principal Consultant at Life Cycle Project Leaders.
