Ron Gersh

Ron Gersh has been involved in government relations at Queen’s Park, Parliament Hill and City Hall for over 20 years. 
He has serviced many associations, First Nations, hospitals, and corporations in his time as a political consultant. Ron has built a strong reputation in the government relations industry and prides himself on his ability to deliver desired results to clients. His successes at all levels of government speak for themselves. He has helped numerous clients, from large corporations to First Nations communities, obtain funding for their projects and negotiate win-win solutions for all parties involved

Ron previously worked as a Senior Consultant for Leonard Domino & Associates before starting his own business in 2006. During his time at Leonard Domino & Associates, Ron was heavily involved in carving out a niche in the First Nation and non-profit sector. Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business.

Josh is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience supporting Indigenous communities, public sector organizations, and private companies across Canada. Since 2013, he has worked at the intersection of government relations, policy development, and project management, helping clients navigate complex funding programs, advocate for their priorities, and build the capacity needed to see projects through to completion.

Josh’s career began in the government relations sector, where he built a strong reputation for advancing client interests in areas such as policy reform, issues management, and funding negotiations. As his relationships deepened and client needs evolved, Josh expanded his focus to include comprehensive project advancement. This includes managing everything from funding applications and proposal writing to coordinating and overseeing infrastructure and programmatic initiatives across a wide range of sectors and scales.

He has led and supported a wide array of initiatives across sectors such as infrastructure, health and wellness, economic development, governance, culture, education, housing, energy, and administration. With the goal of advancing the priority initiatives of his clients, his work often involves developing strategic plans, designing funding and implementation roadmaps, managing consultants and technical teams, and aligning project efforts with government requirements.

Josh brings a thoughtful, values-driven approach to every project, grounded in a strong commitment to community impact. His work is rooted in collaboration, cultural respect, and a deep understanding of the challenges his clients face and the opportunities they are working to realize.

Michael Gimelshtein

Michael is a Senior Consultant at TheCCSGroup, where he leads high-impact funding and strategy initiatives across Canada. He has secured funding for clients ranging from large corporations, including mining and natural resource companies, to First Nation communities and Tribal Councils, as well as Healthcare Associations and Not-for-Profit Groups. His work is rooted in a deep understanding of the public funding landscape and a proven ability to craft winning strategies tailored to diverse client needs.

Michael co-led the development of CCSProjects, the firm’s dedicated project coordination unit. Under his leadership, CCSProjects delivers consistent support from grant approval through to project implementation.

Michael’s expertise spans strategic planning, public sector engagement, and economic development. He has led the development and implementation of community-driven strategies, funding campaigns, and public policy initiatives. His niche lies in partnering with First Nation communities to help bring transformational projects to life through strong funding applications and project coordination.

Michael is known for distilling complex priorities into actionable strategies, making him a trusted partner for clients pursuing impactful projects.

Alice Fudim

Alice Fudim has been a cornerstone of TheCCSGroup for over 20 years, earning a well-deserved reputation for her unparalleled ability to secure meetings at every level of government—political and bureaucratic alike. With remarkable administrative precision and deep familiarity with government systems, Alice ensures that clients are positioned for success when engaging with senior decision-makers and public officials.

Known for her meticulous, Type A personality, Alice leaves nothing to chance. Her attention to detail and client tracking is second to none, and virtually no request or follow-up ever falls through the cracks under her watch. Quietly humble but fiercely effective, she has become an indispensable part of TheCCSGroup’s success story—working behind the scenes to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of professional service and logistical support

Shawn Berezin

With extensive experience working directly with First Nations communities and corporate clients, Shawn has played a pivotal role in fostering productive partnerships and advancing complex projects. Working closely with our senior consultants, he leverages his deep understanding of Indigenous affairs and corporate strategy to deliver impactful solutions. His expertise has been instrumental in securing funding and guiding the development of successful applications, consistently driving positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Shawn holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from York University.

Mark Menei

 

Mark brings over a decade of experience in: Geotechnical and civil infrastructure, Water and municipal wastewater systems, Sewer and underground servicing, Delivering capital projects in remote First Nations communities

He has deep expertise navigating Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) funding and procurement processes—helping communities align technical requirements with funding expectations, while providing reliable financial and schedule analysis. Before joining Megillah Group, Mark served as a Senior Project Manager at Colliers, leading complex infrastructure and community-based projects across the North. Supporting First Nations with Real Capacity Leadership and staff across the country continue to say the same thing: “We have important projects and funding opportunities—but not enough people to manage them.” Integrate project management directly into your existing team Coordinate consultants, contractors, and vendors Manage schedules, budgets, cashflows, and reporting Support infrastructure. Mark is an invaluable part of Your Planning and Construction Initiative.

 

Ronit Kogan

Ronit Kogan is the Senior Executive Assistant at TheCCSGroup, a leading government relations and lobbying firm. She provides high-level support to the executive team, managing schedules, preparing materials, and coordinating communications between clients, government officials, and internal teams.

Known for her organization, discretion, and efficiency, Ronit plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and advancing client priorities through strategic engagement.

Esther Zipori

Esther Zipori brings clarity, coordination, and momentum to complex, community-driven initiatives. Working with both TheCCSGroup and TheCCSProject, she supports Indigenous engagement, government relations, and cross-sector strategy across health, energy, and child and family services.

Esther is known for her solutions-focused approach and ability to manage the moving parts of high-stakes projects. She facilitates government and community meetings, prepares targeted funding applications, and ensures all communications and logistics align with broader strategic goals.

Clients rely on Esther for her discretion, consistency, and deep respect for community-led priorities. Her work is rooted in cultural awareness, equity, and impact—and she brings reliable, behind-the-scenes leadership that allows initiatives to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Amir Farhi

Amir is a real estate development advisor with deep expertise in managing complex projects and structuring successful deals.

At Megillah Group, he leverages his extensive knowledge in project management and real estate to help clients achieve their goals with confidence. Amir has served on municipally appointed advisory committees and the boards of publicly traded companies. He is a graduate of Western University and grew up in London, Ontario.
